Drawings
CAD drawings are created to regulation standard with full construction specification. Initial drafts can be drawn up as many times as is necessary to create the design you want.

Planning Approval Partnership with Local Authority
As members of the Local Authority Partnership Scheme we are up to speed with the frequently changing building regulations. We have built up a rapport with the council and its procedures so we can fast track the authorisation process so it won’t be long before you see your project come to life.

Foundations and Excavation
All types of foundations are undertaken, from standard strip footings to underpinning, rafts and piling. If necessary we can co-ordinate ground surveys to establish what foundation type is required.

Construction
Our network of qualified and time served tradesmen and craftsmen cover all aspects of the construction process they range from builders and roofers to electricians and plumbers. The skill and experience of our network ensures each critical phase of the project is completed to the Durham Design and Build standard.

Decorating and Finishing
If desired our craftsmen can decorate, tile, carpet or lay floor coverings to your project. You can choose your own material suppliers or choose from some of the competitive rates offered to us from our core material suppliers. Our decorator can help you choose colour schemes and finishes if you want the personal touch.

Project Management
Every stage of the service will be managed to streamline the process and ensure quality, cost and deadlines are met. Regular communication will ensure everyone is on track and up to speed and allows you to have as little or as much day to day input as you desire.
