Full regulation certificates are issued on completion by the Local Council, CORGI, PartP, NHBC or equivalent architect certification. This gives you the necessary documentation if you were ever to sell your house and reassurance that the work meets the required high standards.

Control

Throughout the Durham Design and Build process there will be one Project Engineer co-ordinating and managing every aspect of your project. They will encourage regular communication meetings to review the projects design, quality and delivery.

We understand cost control is important for everyone; we are able to offer unbelievable prices. We have a selection of key material supplier's who offer us discounted prices because of the volumes we buy. Sub contractors benefit from repeat business so in turn provide us with reduced fixed rates. These cost savings are passed on to our customers, making it cheaper to use our service than to go through the lengthy exercise of tendering it yourself.
